Longjohn Beanie Pattern

This hat pattern is a simple textured hat inspired by the texture of longjohns and waffles – things that are warm and cozy. Knits, purls and slipped stitches make up the texture, with an easy repeat pattern that knits up quickly.

The pattern includes two sizes, one for toddlers/young children, and one for adults, as well as notes on how to adjust the length and circumference to fit you best!

This pattern can be used to create items to sell, with credit given to Megan Hallam as the designer.

Yarn weight: Super bulky (CYC category 6)

Gauge: 5 stitches by 9 rows = 2 inches / 5 cm in pattern

Needle size: US 13 / 9.0 mm

Yardage: 40 – 90 yards / 37 – 64 m
