Little Trees Washcloth Knitting Pattern

The sister to the Christmas Tree Farm Washcloth, this pattern features just 5 Christmas trees (or plain evergreen/coniferous trees, seeing as they’re not actually decorated). These are more shapely trees, and remind me of what I consider to be the standard Christmas tree cookie cutter shape.

The progression of the Christmas tree size was of course partly inspired by my series of cactus washcloths, this one in particular along the lines of the Little Cactus Washcloth. And more tree washcloths were possible simply due to the size of a ball of Knit Picks Dishie. There was no question that I would be able to knit, at the very least, a second washcloth from the ball of yarn.

Use a tapestry needle to weave in your ends. It is recommended that you block your washcloth, I favour steam-blocking for speed if you’re looking to gift your finished washcloth, or get a pic for Instagram (always my goal haha), but since you’ll be washing your Trees as you use them, wet blocking or no blocking would also be acceptable.

I’d love to see your wips and finished projects! Add a project on Ravelry, and/or tag me on Instagram and use the hashtags #KnittleAndPearl and #KnittleTrees.
